50 ml Belsazar Rosé
30 ml Gin

30 ml Gin
Pour Belsazar Rosé and gin in a mixing glass, add a couple of ice cubes and stir until cool.
Pour into a pre-chilled Martini glass…
… and serve with lemon zest.
